Three construction points are specific to a playroom.
The first is the adjustment range, and it is wider here than anywhere else we build. That means more positions than an adult run would carry, and it is the single detail that determines whether the room converts or gets replaced.
The second is what happens at the open bays. The third is stair access, which sounds mundane and decides how the work is built.
